Employee Helping Hands
In total, the Helping Hands campaign has raised over $1.4 Million for patient care.
Each year, the SoutheastHEALTH Foundation puts forth programs that help make a positive impact for thousands of individuals throughout southeast Missouri. With the help of dedicated employees, we are confident that SoutheastHEALTH will continue to provide for our community, our residents and our patients, further fulfilling the Foundation's mission to build healthier lives and community well-being. Philanthropy has enabled SoutheastHEALTH to provide comprehensive, compassionate care for over 90 years. We are again asking you to join us in support of the 2022 Employee Helping Hands Campaign.
Each and every gift is deeply appreciated!

"When I first started I wasn't very educated about Employee Helping Hands or the Foundation. I honestly didn't really understand until I had my son at Southeast Health back in May 2021. My son was a preemie and was in the Southeast NICU for 6 weeks and we were WELL taken care of. The nurses on OB and the NICU were extremely great to us and took care of us, so now I donate to give back to them. We were so grateful for everything that was done and given to us, so now I choose to give back to that area/department for another NICU mom." Caitlyn Smith

"I contribute to the employee helping hands fund, as I feel it is important to help the caregivers that continue to help the peoples of our communities. Caregivers often times overlook their own needs to give to others, and at times find it difficult to ask for help when they are in need. I see this fund every day and all the help that it provides to our employees, that many times people do not see. I really hope that our own staff will consider giving to this fund, even a small amount because I know for a fact that it has helped out your co-workers during a time of hardship." - Dan Ryder

"As a 30 year employee, I have seen this modality evolve. As the process has changed, I didn't see a reason to let that stop what I was doing all along. I truly feel that this is my second home and these folks are my family. I did also receive a gift card when my father passed, and it was truly unexpected and so thoughtful. The caring spirit behind these little things is what has made 30 years fly by. I appreciate that someone is delving into these cases and appropriating our donations." - Regina Moore

If I can make one person's day a little bit better just by having a simple interaction with them, then I know that I have made a difference. You never know what someone is going through at the time and everyone deserves kindness no matter what. I want to be treated with respect and I will treat others the same way I want to be treated. That's why I give back." - Grace Mulholland

You just never know when you maybe faced with an challenge in your life and you may need a helping hand! Helping others bring me so much joy! Give and you shall receive -- my motto to live by." - Jamie Sander
