Forget Me Not

Forget Me Not is an opportunity to honor and remember a friend or loved one that has passed away. The Forget Me Not appeal supports the Hospice Grace Fund that helps patients and families in need during hospice care. The Forget Me Not seeds are mailed with the appeal letter to friends of SoutheastHEALTH Foundation, the seeds are to be planted as a reminder that our friends and loved ones are always in our heart. We do hope that you take advantage of this opportunity to honor a friend or loved one and to raise money for hospice patients in need right here in our community. If you would like to honor someone through the Forget Me Not appeal and you did not receive seeds please make a notation in the comments section when you make your online donation and we will be happy to ensure that your seeds are mailed directly to you.
