Light up a Life

The holidays can be very difficult for those who have lost loved ones and now find an empty chair at the family dinner table. "Light Up a Life" offers a personal way to remember those no longer with us while raising funds to help support families who are living with terminal illness. Please help someone being cared for by Southeast Hospice enjoy a special holiday this season by making a donation to the Hospice Grace Fund.

The Hospice Grace Fund assists patients with utility bills, medications, transportation, housing and more. The Hospice Grace Fund also provides a free monthly support group providing education and support about the grieving process through interaction with others who have experienced the death of a loved one. Your generosity also supports the Children Overcoming Outstanding Loss (C.O.O.L Camp) retreat for young people that includes storytelling, games, coping and recreational activities to promote education, support and improved coping.

For each donation you make over $25, a Light Up a Life tree ornament will be personalized and added to this year’s Reflection Tree. The tree will be located in the lobby at Southeast Hospital. Additionally, names of those being honored will be displayed online and on social media. We hope this keeps the light of someone you love alive during this Christmas season.
